Essentials — $250+
Electronics, appliances, furniture, jewelry, tools, and collectibles. Fastest visit; best for smaller homes or renters.
We photograph and document your belongings room by room, tag every item, and hand you a complete inventory on USB, in print, and as an encrypted online copy, so you're ready if you ever need to file a claim.
Two families in our extended family lost their homes to fire. One house burned completely; the other was mostly destroyed. Neither family had a full inventory of what they owned, and both were reimbursed for far less than they lost because they couldn't prove what had been there.
It got worse after the fire. With no documentation, the cleanup crews decided what was “totaled,” and televisions, furniture, devices, and who knows what else disappeared. There was nothing on record to show those things had ever been there.
A few hours of documentation would have changed both outcomes. That's what this service is for.
We do not photograph or record your belongings on our own phones or cameras. By default, all photos and video are taken on your device, with you present. Then you share them with us through a secure folder so we can assemble your inventory.
The only exception: if you ask us in writing to use our device so we can finish faster, we will. Those files are transferred to you and permanently deleted from our device once your deliverables are complete.
We never post, share, or sell your information. After delivery we permanently delete your photos, video, and item list, and you'll get a signed confirmation. We keep only basic business records (your contact info, signed agreements, invoices, and service dates) as required for taxes and legal purposes.
Choose your home size, review and sign the agreements below, and pick your item value threshold.
We go room by room. We guide the photos and record makes, models, serial numbers, and estimated values.
Every photo is tagged and linked to its inventory entry. Receipts and appraisals you have are added.
USB drive, printed binder, encrypted online copy, and a final walkthrough of how to keep it current.
Your insurer decides what to reimburse. Your job is to prove what you owned. These deliverables make that easy.
Keep the USB and printed copy away from your home: with a relative, at work, or in a safe deposit box. A copy that burns with the house can't help you.
Every room gets full wide-angle photos no matter what, so smaller things are still on record. The threshold decides which items get their own line, close-up, and serial number.
Electronics, appliances, furniture, jewelry, tools, and collectibles. Fastest visit; best for smaller homes or renters.
The right balance for most families. Captures nearly everything an insurer will ask you to list individually.
For families who want the most complete record. Adds about 30–50% more time to the visit.
High-value items (jewelry, art, firearms, collectibles) are always itemized. Ask your agent whether they need a separate appraisal or rider.
Includes the visit, assembly, all four deliverables, and one USB drive and printed copy.

A fire, flood, or break-in can shut a small business down for good when the owner can't prove what was there. We document your equipment, furniture, technology, tools, and stock the same careful way, so your commercial claim has proof behind it.
